In the Beletage and in the courtyard of the house, dating from 1551,you will find art at its finest.

In addition to paintings by first-class artists, the gallery shows glass art for indoor and outdoor use. The artist, author and gallery owner Anja Es is nationally known for her paintings from the revue theatres of the 1920s, performances and readings. Like her gallery, the Vogtei itself, with its ceiling paintings and many historical elements, is an experience that makes Travemünde more than just a seaside resort.
