Family-friendly holiday cottages located in a calm and idyllic area not far from the Baltic resorts Travemünde and Timmendorfer Strand. The 55 non-smoking apartments are equipped with shower/WC, phone, TV set and kitchenette and provide public and seminar rooms, sauna and bike rental.

Please ask for special reductions (discount of approx.€ 10.00 per person and day possible).

Also special price for people with severe disabilities.

Travel arrangements

By train:
To Travemünde Strandbahnhof and then by bus (Bus Travemünde-Timmendorfer Strand) to Brodten, distance about three kilometres.
By car:
Highway A1 direction to Lübeck, change to A 226 direction Travemünde and turn left towards Brodten (following the street signs).

Please settle your bill directly with the landlord and announce your approximate arrival time (especially after 6 pm) a couple of days prior to your arrival.

All rates are inclusive the breakfast!
Rates: Children under the age of 3 are free, children 4-13 years starting from € 40,50 and up, adults and teenager 14 years starting from € 55.-.

Full and half board on request. During summertime the check in is only fridays.

Inclusive:
Electricity, water, towels, bed linen (also available for allergic persons), parking lot, children's club during high season, garden furniture, telephone, transfer from/to the train station in Travemünde, games rental. Vegetarian meals for lunch are available.

Exclusive:
cleaning fee for pets € 25.00 (pets on request only), bicycle rental € 10.00 for adults and € 6.00 for kids per day, use of washing machine € 4.00 per day, sauna € 9.00 per person, possible from 2 persones onwards (special prices for groups, minimum of five persons, single room surcharge € 17.00. 1x bed linen (1 pillow + 1 duvet cover) € 9.00 and 1 towel set (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel) € 6.00

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not inclusive in your booking and need to be paid separately.
01.01.-14.05. and 15.09.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day. 15.05.-14.09. € 3.- p.p./day.
