The Maritim Gallery is located on the ground floor of the largest of only two high-rise buildings built in the 1970s in the Travemünde district of Lübeck. Flooded with light in the foyer of Travemünde's Maritim Strandhotel, the room offers enough space for gigantic paintings of beach and lake, of rustling, lapping and silence. The painter Michael Weigel offers a variety of seascapes to marvel at and relax in. You think you can hear the sound of the sea when you enter his gallery.
