For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 451 8899700). You will find the opening times on our website of the Tourist-Information Travemünde (visit-travemuende.com).

Outside of our opening hours, the keys will be waiting for you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the information about your access code for the safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address during your booking procedure, please email us in cases of a late arrival during our opening hours via fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de so that we can give you an access code to the key safe. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a smooth arrival.

Bed linen, towels (€20 per person), final cleaning (€80) are included in the final price of the offer/booking. An underground parking space can be booked for € 10.00 per day. From 2026 the parking space would be included. Pets are permitted, one-off charge of €30.00. Please contact Lübeck und Travemünde Marketing GmbH (fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de) to make an additional pet booking. Otherwise the dog may be refused entry. Free WiFi is available. Non-smoking apartment. Free use of the swimming pool and Sauna.

The entrance height of the underground car park is 1.85 m. Plastic cards: these are only placed/held in the compartment below. With this card, you can use all authorized areas on the entry and exit levels, as well as on the upper level of the underground car park. These cards do not allow access to the lower level. Please always place the card in the compartment—whether entering or exiting—even if the barrier is open. Otherwise, the card will be incorrectly coded and you will not be able to enter or exit the next time. An elevator leads from the underground car park to the reception area of ​​the Maritim Residence.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Please note that that during the summertime the beach will be cleaned up mechanically early mornings and there might be disturbances by noise. Seaweed might get washed ashore and then stored on the beach, which might cause unpleasant odors. None of these nuisances give a right to lower the price or ask for compensation.

Please note furthermore that there will be events along the promenade and on the beach – especially on weekends – and that it might get louder around those times. We also would like to point out that the Travemünder Woche, the second biggest world sail event, always takes place at the end of July. Please ask about the exact dates if you don’t want to book around that time.
