Linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the final price. Pets are allowed (must be specified and comes with an extra one-time cleaning fee of € 10). Non-smoking apartment.
You will find an outdoor parking space for bikes with holders next to the entrance of the residence.
You will find wellness offers like swimming pool, sauna, cosmetic, hairdresser or restaurants and coffee shops at extra costs in the house.
Due to technical problems with an internet and telephone provider, there may occasionally be disruptions in the TV programs in the holiday apartments in the Maritim Residence. Unfortunately, no change is currently foreseeable. Thank you for your understanding!
Please note that that during the summertime the beach will be cleaned up mechanically early mornings and there might be disturbances by noise. Seaweed might get washed ashore and then stored on the beach, which might cause unpleasant odors. None of these nuisances give a right to lower the price or ask for compensation.
Please note furthermore that there will be events along the promenade and on the beach – especially on weekends – and that it might get louder around those times. We also would like to point out that the Travemünder Woche, the second biggest world sail event, always takes place at the end of July. Please ask about the exact dates if you don’t want to book around that time.
The visitor tax is not included in the final booking price!
The tax amounts to € 1.60/night per person from January 1st to May 14th and September 15th to December 31st and to € 3 from May 15th to September 14th.
Easy cancellation
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the total price.
