Parking possibilities in the street, bicycle parking space in the front garden, garden sharing by arrangement.

Surroundings: The nearest playground is only 300 m away. At the Wakenitz there is a natural outdoor swimming pool at the lake for small children within 5-10 minutes walking distance, on the opposite side there is the swimming pool for older children and teenagers. The beach in Travemünde is about 15 minutes by car. The enchanting little town of Lübeck and the Schleswig-Holstein area has a lot more to offer for the enterprising - just take a look at our brochures on site or ask us, we will be happy to help you.
In the vicinity of our house there are several sports and leisure facilities, which will make your holiday with us an experience: - Fishing, sightseeing, bowls, boat rental, cafe, disco, donkey rides, amusement park, golf, cinema, theatre, museums, fun baths . . . . . . and much more!

Bus from ZOB (central bus station): Line 1,2,3,11,21 , bus stop: Schulstraße.

Location plan: On the northern side of the Burgtor the Gustav-Radbruch-Platz is located. Turn right into the Roeckstraße. The mansion is situated approx. 400 m on the left hand side.

Please contact your landlady after the final booking regarding your payment and your approximate arrival time!

To pay:
You can transfer the rent to the account of the landlord in advance or pay directly on arrival in cash.
Furthermore:
You should know that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Before handing over the apartment, we ask you to dispose of the rubbish, remove the bed sheets and hand over the apartment clean and tidy. The guest has to pay for possible damages.

Cancellation:
The guest is obliged to pay the following price to the landlord for the booked and promised period if the contractual services are not used:
- 30% of the agreed rental price if cancelled up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period
- 50% of the agreed rental price if cancelled later
- 80% of the agreed rental price if cancelled up to 1 week before the start of the rental period
- 100% of the agreed rental price if cancelled up to 1 day before the start of the rental period
