For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 451 8899700). You will find the opening times on our website of the Tourist-Information Travemünde (visit-travemuende.com).

Outside of our opening hours, the keys will be waiting for you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the information about your access code for the safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address during your booking procedure, please email us in cases of a late arrival during our opening hours via fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de so that we can give you an access code to the key safe. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a smooth arrival.

NON SMOKING, final cleaning is included in the price. Bed linen and towels per person, €24.50 p.P are included in the final price in the offer or booking. For bookings "without linen package" this can be purchased up to 7 days before arrival for € 24.50 per person. be booked additionally. NO pets. Minimum rental period from 4 nights, shorter rental periods on request (only to fill gaps).

You will find a covered outdoor parking space for bikes with holders next to the entrance of the residence.

Directions to the apartment:

Take the elevator up to the 15th floor. Turn right out of the elevator into the long hallway. You will find a wooden door on the right with the sign 326 A15, Kajüte. Please go through this door behind which there is a short hallway and then straight ahead you will see the apartment.

You will find wellness offers like swimming pool, sauna, cosmetic, hairdresser or restaurants and coffee shops at extra costs in the house.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

Please note that that during the summertime the beach will be cleaned up mechanically early mornings and there might be disturbances by noise. Seaweed might get washed ashore and then stored on the beach, which might cause unpleasant odors. None of these nuisances give a right to lower the price or ask for compensation.

Please note furthermore that there will be events along the promenade and on the beach – especially on weekends – and that it might get louder around those times. We also would like to point out that the Travemünder Woche, the second biggest world sail event, always takes place at the end of July. Please ask about the exact dates if you don’t want to book around that time.
