Bed linen, towels, final cleaning are inclusive. Underground parking place available (Nr. 15) at the right hand side in front of the main entrance. Free Wifi (access code in the apartment). Non-smoking apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the basement. Small dogs may be possible on request (only valid for 2024, €5 per night). From 2025, dogs will no longer be allowed.
Washing machine and dryer available and located in the basement with extra charge (with coin slot).
We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.
Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
