For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 451 8899700). You will find the opening times on our website of the Tourist-Information Travemünde (visit-travemuende.com).

Outside of our opening hours, the keys will be waiting for you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the information about your access code for the safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address during your booking procedure, please email us in cases of a late arrival during our opening hours via fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de so that we can give you an access code to the key safe. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a smooth arrival.

Bed linen, towels are inclusive. The final cleaning € 60.00 is already included in the offer/booking. Pets are allowed. Non-smoking apartment. Underground parking garage Nr.7. No storage room for bicycles available.

Liability: Park at your own risk. We are not legally responsible in cases of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage, you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please be aware of your car size (width and height).

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach is cleaned mechanically and thus there might be a disturbance caused by noise every morning. There may also be seaweed, which can create a very strong odor. We do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

We would also like to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals could be taking place, which means it can be noisy at this time, particulars along the sea promenade. This is especially true during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which takes place at the end of July. Please inform yourself of the exact dates. Thank you!
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and needs to be paid separately.

15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you a € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied, unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
