The apartment "Am Strand I" is located in Travemünde in the first row, directly on the promenade & the extensive beach. Your vacation can immediately begin. The house has an underground parking garage and an elevator.

Travel arrangements

Arrival from 2.30 pm / Departure by 11 am

You can easily reach the apartment by car and park in the underground garage at the back left (parking lot no. 31, Am Strand I). The beach train station is only one minute away from the apartment. An elevator takes you to the apartment from all floors.

For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 451 8899700). You will find the opening times on our website of the Tourist-Information Travemünde (visit-travemuende.com).

Outside of our opening hours, the keys will be waiting for you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the information about your access code for the safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address during your booking procedure, please email us in cases of a late arrival during our opening hours via fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de so that we can give you an access code to the key safe. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a smooth arrival.

Included: bed linen, towels, internet, telephone, TV, music system, books, games, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, safe, patio furniture lounge sofa, dining table & loungers, underground parking space.

Parking space in the underground parking garage (nr. 31) is included. Attention! The entrance of the underground parking garage is narrow! Lift available. Free WIFI (access code is in a folder in the apartment). Pets allowed only on request (€ 10.00 per night). Please contact Lübeck und Travemünde Marketing GmbH (fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de) to make an additional pet booking.

A bicycle cellar is located in the basement, if you go out of the elevator to the right, through a door (with the apartment key), then the first door on the left. Outdoor parking is available here directly in front of the house on the promenade.

Final cleaning is inclusive with a stay of 7 days and more, with a short stay the final cleaning will be charged once € 78.00 (is in the total already included). 

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and needs to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach is cleaned mechanically and thus there might be a disturbance caused by noise every morning. There may also be seaweed, which can create a very strong odor. We do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

We would also like to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals could be taking place, which means it can be noisy at this time, particulars along the sea promenade. This is especially true during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which takes place at the end of July. Please inform yourself of the exact dates. Thank you!
