NO SMOKING, pets are not allowed, elevator available, free Wi-Fi available, and a bicycle parking space is located in the basement next to the underground garage. You will receive a key upon arrival; a second key can be found in the apartment.
Underground parking space 76: Access via the upper parking lot. Open the gate with your apartment key. Parking space 76 is on the right. The wallbox is also located here. Use the stairwell opposite the garage door, then go up one flight of stairs and you will reach the apartment door.
Use of the indoor pool (15m) is inclusive. The access code is in the apartment. Extra charge for sauna from € 0.50 (to heat up about € 2.00, the coin slot only takes € 0.50 coins) Washing machine and dryer available with coin slot (€ 0.50 coins). Roof-top terrace with Trave view for joint use.

A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the rental price.
