For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 451 8899700). You will find the opening times on our website of the Tourist-Information Travemünde (visit-travemuende.com).

Outside of our opening hours, the keys will be waiting for you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the information about your access code for the safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address during your booking procedure, please email us in cases of a late arrival during our opening hours via fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de so that we can give you an access code to the key safe. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a smooth arrival.

Bed linen, towels, final cleaning is included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking house. Wlan available

On the property is a parking lot, which is reached via a private path: You can reach the small parking lot via the narrow "Hirtengang" .You turn right just before the church coming from Kurgartenstraße. After about 100m turn right onto an unpaved and unlit green private path. There is no winter road maintenance. After about 100m you will reach the parking lot on the right side, which is marked with white/grey pebbles and a sign.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!
