Additional information

Included in the price: towels, bed linen and final cleaning; parking lot available.
There is a laundry service (washing and drying) if you stay a minimum of one week.

After your booking, you have to pay a deposit of 50% to the landlord. One week before arrival, you have to pay the remaining 50%

In cases of bookings less than one week prior to arrival, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required.
