Location plan: From the famous Holsten Gate in direction to the city centre. Behind the Holsten Gate turn right into Obertrave. Take the third road to your left (Große Petersgrube), turn right (Kleine Kiesau) and right again into a street called Depenau.

Please contact the landlord a few days before arrival to inform them of your arrival time.
Cancellation:
The guest is obliged to pay the following price to the landlord in case of non-use of the contractual services for the booked and promised period:
- in case of cancellation up to 14 days before the beginning of the rental period 50% of the agreed rental price
- in case of later cancellation 80% of the agreed rental price.
